We'll call this a 7/10 video. 10/10 would have been if the street mob mollywhopped this guy before the police showed up. Unfortunately, cops got there first and had to protect the guy. For the time being. I know more than a few people on the job, and ten bucks say they were very clumsy processing this guy. They slipped. The thug slipped. His head made contact with an inanimate object. Things happen.
Shaquan Cummings, a garbage human with a list of priors (this is Alvin Bragg country, of course) prayed on an 11-year-old girl and slashed the back of her head with a boxcutter. She was holding her mom's hand walking at subway station.
Her mother tried to chase down the attacker. Bystanders helped...

The New York Post reports the girl has since undergone surgery and required multiple stitches and staples to fix the gash. Those are just the physical issues, according to the mother.
“She’s not doing well emotionally. She doesn’t want to go back to school. She doesn’t want to go outside anymore,” Sladek said.
“You should be able to walk on the street and not worry that somebody will attack you and attack, actually, my daughter not even attacking a dog, but a little kid,” she said.
The Post also reports this scumbag had more than TWENTY arrests. His last arrest was two months ago, and he was given a "desk appearance" for an assault charge.

The 11-year-old was actually Cummings' second victim of the day. He was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child and two counts of assault. As of this writing, he has not been released from jail again yet.
