File this one under "resist the urge to hit people while watching." No one really does leftist protest quite like NYC leftists. Just ask the NYPD. Here's a group that calls them "Justice League NYC," protesting outside of Mayor DeBlasio's mansion and subsequently getting in the face of NYPD officers, who are merely there trying to keep the peace. Bastards (or "Bastardos" for our Spanish readers)

And no, the fact that DeBlasio sides with the leftists far more often than he does the police is not lost on us.

As many of the demonstrators sang songs about “racist police” and blocked the road in front of Gracie Mansion, the NYPD cuffed about a dozen, hauling them off to waiting paddy wagons.

Other protesters nearby taunted the police from behind a barricade with racial slurs and expletives.

One demonstrator walked up to an officer and delivered a message directly to his face.

“Nobody looks at you like a hero,” he said. “Just a racist.”

“Shut the f*** up,” he continued in front of a silent line of police officers. “[I] hate you all.”

We've been writing about this since it started (you can read all about it here), and it's still remarkable that none of these protesters realize that any valid point they were trying to make, gets drowned out in a sea of a-holeishness the minute they open their mouthes. The strongest case against protesters like this, is themselves. If they aren't flat-out verbally assaulting the police, it's because they're too busy acting like spoiled, petulant little children.

Also, the fact that (contrary to Giuliani) Deblasio has been less than a reliably ally to the NYPD is a testament to them in and of itself. Regardless of his dumbassery, they still show up to protect him.

Just as they still show up to protect the whiny brats of #BlackLivesMatter. See, in one corner we have entitled leeches, in the other, we have public servants. Isn't that something?
