A Washington man was sentenced to 40 months in prison on Wednesday for his role in a plot to burn down the Seattle Police Officers Guild building during the Black Lives Matter riots in September 2020.

According to court documents, Justin Christopher Moore created and carried a box of 12 Molotov cocktails during a march of over 1,000 people toward the police building in downtown Seattle on Labor Day 2020.

"Moore’s offense was extremely dangerous and created a substantial risk of injury to numerous bystanders," said Assistant US Attorney Todd Greenberg. "Moore carried the box of 12 Molotov cocktails in a crowd of over 1,000 people who were participating in the protest march. All of them were in harm’s way if one of the devices had exploded."

Ultimately, after the marchers were moved away from the building in downtown Seattle, police smelled gasoline and grew concerned about the intentions of protestors.

After reviewing video surveillance and recorded video from other protests, police were able to identify Moore as the person carrying the box of explosives.

Police executed a search warrant in June 2021 at Moore’s home and confiscated numerous items to produce the explosive devices and the clothing he was wearing that day.

During the demonstration at the Seattle Police Officers Guild building on Labor Day 2020, Seattle police officers made 22 arrests for arson, assault, obstructing and failure to disperse.

Although, I am shocked Moore got charged with anything at all, just over three years is a joke. He put over 1,000 lives at risk and he was not even charged with domestic terrorism. And all he got was a little more than three years.

I am sure the reason for such a short sentence is because the protest was “fiery, but most peaceful.”

I also love how the justice department called this a ‘plot’ as if it was nothing more than a thought in his head. Or as if Antifa did not actually burn down and destroy Seattle that summer.

That was not the only police building rioters “attempted” to burn down that summer.

In another incident that summer, Desmond David-Pitts was sentenced to ONLY 20 MONTHS for "conspiracy to commit arson" after he lit a police building in Seattle on fire.

David-Pitts was seen on surveillance video piling up trash against the sally-port door at the Seattle Police East Precinct. The video captured him “not only piling up the trash, but repeatedly lighting it on fire and feeding the flames with more trash,” according to the Justice Department.

“While David-Pitts was lighting the fire, other people who appeared on the surveillance were attempting to use crowbars and cement-like materials to try to disable the door next to the sally-port to prevent officers from exiting the building. At various times, David-Pitts was communicating with the black-clad individuals who were attempting to disable the door and light other fires around the building.”

This man literally tried to burn a building down with officers in it and he is probably out of prison by now, assuming he has not yet been sentenced for another crime.

Imagine the incident was the other way around and police officers tried to lock Antifa rioters in a building they were attempting to burn down. We know very well how different the outcome would be. And we also know they would not be let out free to society less than two years after conviction.

Oh, and don’t forget the “THE SUMMER OF LOVE.” The Seattle Mayor really had the nerve to call an anarchist takeover around the city’s east police precinct where people were actually killed, a form of “love.” She essentially was cheating on Antifa as they took over the city that summer and allowed it to burn.

So, I guess we really should not be surprised when ACTUAL DOMESTIC TERRORISTS get a slap on the wrist as they gaslight the public into thinking they are holding people accountable for the destruction they caused that summer.
