Last time we talked about the 9th Circuit Court, we brought you bad news (see Concealed Carry? Yeah, You Don't Have a Right to That... Says 9th Circuit Court). This time? Also bad news. Surprise, surprise... The court upheld a law forcing California pro-life centers to advertise abortion to expecting mothers. Because reminding pregnant women they can flush away their babies like expired goldfish is totes essential.

AB 775 requires licensed medical centers that offer free, pro-life help to pregnant women to post a disclosure saying that California provides free or low-cost abortion and contraception services.

The disclosure must also include a phone number for these services, and it forces unlicensed pregnancy centers to add large disclosures about their non-medical status in all advertisements, even if they provide no medical services.

Other courts have invalidated or mostly invalidated similar laws in Texas, Maryland, and New York.

Not sure advertisements for child killing jives too well with pregnancy center decor. "Rid yourself of the parasite," and "Celebrate the miracle of life" seem like clashing ideas. But hey, what do I know? Maybe they can consult the baby blending machine, Planned Parenthood, for tips on how to spruce up murder.

Whether you're pro-life or Satan, this is an issue for everyone. It comes down to the government overreaching straight into gals' ovaries. They get to decide what's best for you. In this case? Women need to see promotions for abortion. Because ladies can't be expected to know how to use Google to find "Planned Parenthoods near me," you SEXIST.

See, Uncle Sam wants to stop women from feeling "pressured" into motherhood. Their body, their choice. So the solution? Pressuring them into abortion.

California slapped a warning label on these medical centers faster than a pack of cigarettes. You know, because the government is super duper concerned about pregnancy and all. Since feminists asked them to be, when they demanded free birth control and abortions. Now lady parts are public interests. Makes sense. After all, you can't spell uterus without "US." #Caring
