They say you should never mess with Texas. This is why.

A pro-Palestine heckler tried to interrupt a speech from Governor Abbott. Why he thought he could overpower a bunch of cowboys and they just take it is beyond me. But that'll probably be the last time he tries to interrupt a speech when a bunch of cowboys are trying to listen.

According to The Daily Caller:

“A pro-Palestine heckler was treated to a rude awakening while trying to interrupt a speech by Texas Governor Greg Abbott in Collin County, Texas Saturday, according to online reports.

Video shows the disgruntled youngster interrupt Governor Abbott‘s speech, but he was quickly drowned out by the crowd’s booing. The crowd then begins to manhandle him and he can be heard yelling “don’t fucking touch me!”

The crowd continues to bash and yank at him, quickly shoving him out of the event. Multiple attendees wearing cowboy hats can be seen removing him from the building.

The protester was disrupting a campaign event for Abbott‘s re-election campaign, according to Trending Politics’ Collin Rugg.

It occurred on the same day that pro-Palestine protesters marched on the White House, according to Rugg.”

Of course, the heckler had to have a man bun. The video would not be complete without it.

Anyone who feels entitled to disrupt an event like that belongs to some of the dumbest members of society. No one who disagrees with you would ever suddenly have a change of heart because he childishly interrupted an event like that. We know we are dealing with the most ignorant members of society because only one side is interrupting events and disrupting people's lives, and also because they think these sorts of stunts will do anything positive for their cause.

You are entitled to peacefully assemble and make your grievances heard. You have no right to disrupt the peace. Which is what this heckler did. He disreputed a bunch of cowboys and the result did not go as planned.

Honestly, what on earth did the heckler think the reaction was going to be? That they were just going to hold hands after and all scream “ceasefire” together? This is how you know these people are mentally incompetent. Their minds cannot grasp the future consequences of their actions. Well, he could also be extremely ignorant and just thought wrong. Either way, he is arrogant, to say the very least.

I don't think there has ever been a "cause" that has successfully been heard after a bunch of boneheads decided to act like immature brats.

Moral of the story: Don’t mess with Texas.
