I know that many of you clicked this title thinking to yourselves, “Oh this is just designed to be incendiary!”

No, it’s not.

I know many of you are thinking, “I understand your point, but we still need to be tolerant!” 

No, we don’t.

Some of you may still even be thinking, “Even if you’re not Muslim, there’s no need to mock their holiest prophet!”

Yes, there is.

When our president says, “The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam” he does so under the false notion of appeasement. He believes that in his calls for “civility,” he’ll be fostering a more tolerant environment for everyone. We are the world and what have you. There are a few problems here.

Firstly, let’s address the word slander. By definition, slander is to make false and damaging statements about (someone).

Muhammad was a hateful, warmongering, wife-beating pedophile whose dying words were that of calling for the deaths of Christians and Jews.

How can any damaging statement that one makes about such a person be “false”? There is no falsehood under the sun with which I could “slander” Muhammad (terrorism be upon him) that could possibly be worse than his actual actions. You say tomato, I say historical accuracy.

Secondly, there is no virtue in appeasing a violent ideology as that espoused by Muhammad (sexism be upon him). Barack Obama can bow all he wants. Paris can march all they want. Hollywood can sermonize all they want. The very people whom these leftist elitists are attempting to appease are the very people who would snuff them out at the first opportunity.

I can’t tell you how frustrating it was to watch the Golden Globes, where all of the artists preened smugly, wearing their “Je Suis Charlie” pins, missing the entire point. Charlie wasn’t a symbol of the creative soul, martyred in the name of art. No, no, no.

Islamists are not trying to silence art. They’re trying to silence non-Islamism.

It’s the ultimate dichotomy of today’s left. They preach tolerance! They demand free speech! Yet in their political correctness, they prop up an ideology that demands the extermination of both.

Islamic ideology is the enemy of humanity. The sooner Hollywood and our president realize that, the better.
