Joe Biden is fond of telling Americans to trust the experts. Or, at least when he agrees with the experts. Americans are regularly lectured to shut up and list to Anthony Fauci and the CDC. Even though in both cases, their expertise has been called into question again and again and again and again.

Yet when the experts told Joe Biden what is currently happening in Afghanistan WOULD happen, President Puddinghead didn't give a rip. That's what Washington Post White House Correspondent Anne Gearan said over the weekend.

They didn't want to do it.

They being the Generals. AKA, the experts.

Biden took office very skeptical of the generals, as he likes to call them.

I see. Joe Biden was skeptical of experts. Because those experts disagreed with him.

He thinks Obama got jammed — that's his word — during the surge and he was determined not to be jammed himself.

I also think he saw the possibility and the opportunity to do what no other president had been able to do before and end it. That was more important to him than any of the arguments about why a very small force might be cost-effective in the long run.

The small force was believed to be about 2500 people. Theoretically, 2500 US military personel may have prevented what is currently happening right now. But Joe Biden, who has gotten every major foreign policy decision wrong over his career, felt his ego was more important, so he ignored the experts. Even though, they're the experts. And we're supposed to listen to experts. Otherwise, there's no point in having experts. But hey, at least Biden doesn't tweet mean things! And at least Americans who are paying attention are getting a real-time example of government gun control.

Joe Biden is currently on vacation until Wednesday.
