Alan Dershowitz came down hard on Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby. He starts off by saying, "This is a very sad day for justice". He then goes on to say that what happened yesterday was nothing more than "crowd control" and he points out that the defendants should be innocent until proven guilty. You know... kinda how the justice system is SUPPOSED to work?

If there's one thing we've learned from these cases is that due process and facts are of little relevance. One peek through social media and you'd probably think the defendants are already guilty. Dershowitz says he understands why the mayor and state attorney want to prevent riots, but that is not their job. Their job is to attain justice. Period.

"This is a show trial" says Dershowitz. It has nothing to do with justice—it’s just to please the populace.

Kind of reminds one of a lynching. The populace is taking the law into their hands, and the justice system is allowing them to do so.

But Alan Dershowitz doesn’t think there is any case for the two murder indictments. "This is a mess", he says, predicting that they won’t get any convictions.

I imagine we all know how this will end...

Cue more riots.
