NO BOYS ALLOWED: Detroit High School to Host Muslim 'Girls Only' Prom...
High school prom just isn't complete without drama, limos, strapless gowns and the prom Queen and Queen. So said a high school in Detroit, Michigan, which is holding an annual "all-girls" prom to uphold the sacred customs of Muslim girls. You didn't read that wrong: no boys allowed. Invite boys to a prom and there might be looking, hand-holding. Touching. Dancing. Best keep the prom for girls only and keep those boys out of it.
A Detroit-area high school is holding an all-girls prom to create a comfortable and safe environment for girls who cannot attend the traditional co-ed prom for cultural reasons. That's right. Boys are not allowed.
In other words, it's an estrogen fest set to music. What kind of music I'm not sure, but methinks no fast tunes, lest the girls gyrate their hips in ways which would only please Muhammad in private. But don't gyrate too hard, lest one aggravate the wounds from genital mutilation. Those Islamists love to keep their females "pure."
Five Muslim girls from Hamtramck High School started "Princess Prom" in 2012 to give girls the opportunity to dress up as they please and dance the night away.Last year, 230 girls showed up to the dance at the PNA Banquet Hall in Hamtramck. This year, the team expects about 250 in attendance.
The event is intended to create a safe space for Muslim girls who normally cover up in hijab to let their hair down in an environment with no boys and no cellphones.
There's a lot to unpack here, so I suggest you grab yourself a snack or five. But no pork, know your Islamic audience, infidel.
Firstly, how nice for these Muslim women to enjoy a safe space from men. We cannot say the same for women in bathrooms who now have to share said bathrooms with "transwomen." Some of whom might be creepy perves looking to take vagina photos (at best), or get a little rape action (at worst). Read LWC EXCLUSIVE: NY Times Transwoman Who 'Exposed' Bathroom Issues? Might Be a Rapist.
Secondly, on that note, will this prom allow "transwomen" to join the event? Lesbians? Because according to the leftist totem pole, transwomen are real women. How dare you say otherwise. Read Dear 'Transwomen': No, You DON'T Know What it Feels Like to be a Woman. And if a lesbian is aroused by women, wouldn't the sight of hair light her up? I'm asking the awkward questions so you don't have to.
Trick questions, nothing trumps Islam on the leftist totem pole. Not even the sacred LGBTQAAIP. Transwomen will likely stay home. Methinks no one will object to the Muslim banning of transwomen from an all girls prom. Nor ladies of a butchy nature. Any bets?
If these women want to SHOW THEIR HAIR, and it's "empowering" to "let their hair down" can we admit hijabs are oppressive? If these girls want to glam it up, look beautiful, and strut with pride, why aren't they recognizing the problem of not being allowed to glam it up and be beautiful (hair and all) every day in the world's largest safe space, America. Before someone complains with "Well, Muslim women should get prom too," stop it. Prom, in its modern incarnation, has nothing to do with any religion. It's a party where boys and girls dress formally and dance. Together. Touching. If prom is against your religion, don't go to prom. If you don't want to dance with men, don't go to prom. Prom is not a right. Prom is not a time for segregation, it's an event where people actually come together. They dance, celebrate, touch. And no, I'm not going to discuss what some people do after prom, that's not the point.
What is the point is how religious segregation, specifically a religion which actively separates women from men, should not have a Muslim-only event at a school, especially since that religious group promotes gender segregation. And if it's okay for Muslim students to have their version of prom, why can't Christians insist on a "heterosexual prom" hmmm?
