Especially Kamala Harris, whose entire line of questions was designed not to question Judge Barrett on judicial issues, but to paint her as every bad right-wing stereotype found on the "Big Stupid Idiots for Biden" Facebook page. Then it was Sen. Kennedy's turn to question.

He ended by mentioning the, and I quote, "serious allegations made against Senator Harris, that as attorney general of the wonderful state of California, that she participated in racial disparities in prosecution." You know, because if this is the game we want to play, let's play it fairly.

Hearings should wrap up on Thursday. If the Democrats have fabricated something or paid someone off to try to torpedo Judge Barrett taking her rightful place as heir to Ruth Bader Ginsburg, it will most likely leak to the press on Friday. But you can almost smell the sense of defeat in the air for Democrats. It smells like if you left Hillary Clinton out in the sun for four years.
