Amy Schumer. Let's just say we're "fans" in a way dear Amy probably never anticipated. Whenever Amy opens her cake-eating trap, a vomit of stupid comes out. Opportunists that we are, we use our content-collecting buckets to catch the word vomit, then package it up real nice for show and tell. This week Amy upchucked an anti-Donald Trump, pro-HIllary Clinton "rant" at one of her shows. Not surprisingly, about 200 people in the audience took issue. What with them going to a comedy show to get, wait for it... a COMEDY SHOW.

Know your audience, Amy...

Amy Schumer can be funny. She does have moments which elicit the Ha-Has. But her schtick isn't political comedy, it's vagina and fat jokes. Hey, if that's what she wants to do, still a kind of, sort of free country. Rather than stick with the wee-wee jokes, Schumer used her show, where people attended up to hear jokes, to be a lecturing, prissy, entitled little elitist. Somehow I don't think the audience anticipated a rendition of Look How Big a Turdlicker I can Be. Or maybe, since it was a Schumer show, they did. Just sprinkled with slut jokes.

And no, opposition to Schumer is not about "sexism." This is case of Amy not giving a crap that her customers paid for a different product. That of a comedy show. Even if it was for slut jokes. The audience likely didn't want to hear Hillary Is The Shizzle sorts of shills.
