There were a group of people during the pandemic called "conspiracy theorists." The theorists (hi Courtney) believed that after seeing how quick Americans were to give their rights away in the name of a "public health crisis," politicians were going to use that to call climate change a "public health crisis." That way, they can impose regulations and mandates without having to worry about things like "laws" or "constitutions." Well, those conspiracy theorists were wrong. Politicians are not going to declare climate change a public health crisis. They're going to call "gun violence" a public health crisis. And of course, it's Andrew Cuomo leading the charge.

Also, I'm sure they'll claim climate change is a "public health crisis" too. Cuomo just jumped the line.

See how easy it is to replace "gun violence" with "COVID?" Actually, there's no need. Cuomo does it for you:

"If you can beat COVID, you can beat gun violence, you can beat poverty, you can beat drug abuse, you can beat whatever you wanna beat. We just have to want to do it."

He hits all of the leftist talking points. Chris's Idiot Brother claims that gun violence is "civil rights" issue. It's also a border control issue. You see, America has been focused on the wrong border war. We should be focused on the New York border and the "illegal guns" that are crossing over. And I quote:

"We wasted so much time and money in this nation fighting illegal immigration. Illegal immigration is not killing Americans. Illegal guns are killing Americans."

A spokesman for MS-13 issued a statement: "Yeah, what that guy said."

This is the same Andrew Cuomo who has a sexual harassment problem, a massive corruption problem, and a trying to wipe the blood of tens of thousands of grandparents off of his hands problem. Or, he would have those problems if he wasn't a New York Democrat. You can ignore laws and be a scumbag as long as you have that (D-NY) after your last name. It's not even a problem that he's going fully tyrant, because New York City voters are into that sort of thing.

Let New York being a warning to the rest of you. Californians have the opportunity to recall their governor. If you are in a state that's run by a Democrat, they're going to try to pull the same Cuomo crap. Speak up now before it's too late to do so. It's only a matter of time before these same leftists declare free speech to be a public health crisis.
