There was a performative outrage concert outside of the Supreme Court today. Slacktivists, upset that states they would never step foot in can now restrict abortion, blocked traffic outside of the building for... I don't know, reasons. Some of our favorite members of Congress were there, like Cori Bush and Ilhan Omar. And of course, social media influencer Rep. AOC outshone them all. AOC pretended to get handcuffed. Then forgot she was pretending to get handcuffed. Watch for yourself.

The video shows AOC with an I-smile-because-I-have-no-idea-what's-going-on smirk on her face while being led away by police. She had her hands behind her back to make it look like she was handcuffed. Because, gosh darn it, she wanted the photo op of her being led away in handcuffs and was going to get it! Disinformation be damned! Only, AOC forgot she was supposed to be pretending she was handcuffed and thrust her fist in the air as a sign of... I don't know, something.

Please note this is a developing story and the "independent" "fact" checkers have not had the opportunity to circle the wagons yet. In 2019, when AOC faked tears by crying outside an empty parking lot, the "independent" "fact" checkers were quick to say that wasn't true. She was fake crying in front of an empty ROAD.

As of now, based on the information available in the video, social media influencer Rep. AOC is pretending to be handcuffed for no other reason than that's so AOC!
