Influencers are relied upon to sell all sorts of silly things. Everything ranging from Joe Biden's agenda to Stanley cups to tampons when you lack the internal organs to necessitate needing a tampon. But for super popular social media influencer Rep. AOC, she is putting her platform to good use to solve our border crisis.

Rep. AOC's comments from The Daily Show last October were making another lap around the internets yesterday. She took time away from taking notes for the Democrat Congressional Hamas Caucus and sat down with the most trusted name in the news for low-information suburbanites to discuss her fix for illegal immigration.

The problem? There are too many illegal immigrants. So just stop making them illegal!

One of the biggest issues that we have when it comes to immigration is the fact that we have an undocumented population. Now, you can fix that by trying to build a wall, or you can fix that by trying to document people [...] people don't have a path like all of our ancestors did and our grandparents and great-grand parents from all parts of the political spectrum.

People do have a path like our ancestors did. They could do it legally. That would make them documented.

The problem is the people overwhelming the system coming here ILLEGALLY. And the reason why they have been coming here in record numbers is that Rep. AOC's political party (besides being a social media influencer, she has a side hustle in Congress) tells them to.

This literally started with people crossing the border illegally wearing Joe Biden t-shirts. Last month, migrant encounters set yet another monthly record. In December of 2020, the last December of the previous president, there were under 74,000 migrant encounters. During December 2023, Joe Biden's third December as president? Over THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND.

Fixing the illegal immigration problem by waving a magic wand and making everyone legal does nothing but increase the illegal immigration problem by encouraging more illegal immigration. Mayhaps Rep. AOC realizes this and thinks we're the stupid ones.
