Attorney for 2nd Kavanaugh Accuser Can't Guarantee Her Claims are True
For sake of argument, let's say all of the accusations against Brett Kavanaugh are true (see Cocaine Mitch McConnell Just Went Postal on Anti-Kavanaugh Democrats and Brett Kavanaugh Gives Interview, Says He's Not Going Anywhere). If that's the case, both women are being mistreated by their respective attorney's. Not to mention the entire Democrat Party. The attorney for the second Kavanaugh Accuser (New Yorker penis in the face lady) was on CNN last night. Where he told Anderson Cooper he *squints at notes* couldn't verify his client's claims.
Do you even know how to lawyer, bro?
COOPER: Last night on Fox News, Judge Kavanaugh cited a New York Times report that said Ms. Ramirez had recently contacted former Yale classmates, told them or told some of them that she wasn’t sure it was Kavanaugh, is that true that she had done that?TERRIBLE ATTORNEY: You know I wasn’t representing her at the time that was going on so I wouldn’t be able to answer that question.
COOPER: You’re saying you have not asked your client whether in fact the New York Times reporting was correct that she called up former Yale classmates, and to some express that she wasn’t sure if Kavanaugh was involved?
TERRIBLE ATTORNEY: I haven’t asked her about the information in the New York Times. No.
If you want to know why so many people think this is nothing more than a desperate PR stunt, it's because of all the people supporting these women who make it look like a desperate PR stunt. Case in point, her attorney not asking her "Hey, I read in the New York Times you called college besties to fact check your imagination. Tell me you didn't actually do that because damn gurl, that looks bad."
Or maybe that's why the attorney didn't ask his client if she fact-checked her imagination. Plausible deniability.
