I know Representative AOC (D-Instagram) gets the most press out of all the members of the so-called "Squad," but every so often, one of the other lesser members says something dumb enough to point and laugh. Today, it's Rep. Ayanna Pressley.

Rep. Pressley went on the attack against gun manufacturers, claiming that they "choose profit over people" and sell "weapons of war to anyone who wants them," reports the Daily Caller. She went on to say that their devasting impact affects "black, brown, AAPI, [and] LGBT" communities. Her attacks were completely baseless and wholly ignorant, which became even more apparent as she directed questions at representatives of the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) regarding an advertisement for a firearm manufacturer at the 2018 conference.

Of course, there isn't a single leftist who understands the first thing about the second amendment. They don't understand how free markets work, either. In their recent attacks to make manufacturers liable for illegal uses of firearms, Pressley and the ignorant troglodytes of her party are seeking to attack both of these principles at once.

You wouldn't sue Ford in the case of a drunk driver plowing into another vehicle, and you wouldn't hold Budweiser liable, either. You wouldn't sue a cellphone carrier because someone was texting and driving, and I don't see people racing to file papers against Pfizer for injuries linked to COVID vaccines... Oh, wait... The government made certain you couldn't do that. Oops...

What I'm trying to point out is that these morons in Congress have no grounds upon which to level charges against a product manufacturer because someone who was in possession of a product decided to misuse it. Nor do they have ground to use the recent shooting tragedies to justify restricting our second amendment rights, which is really what this is all about: scare the manufacturers so they restrict their product, thereby disarming potential purchasers.

All of this is ridiculous, but then so is the fact that the Congress has passed numerous laws restricting the second amendment which, by its nature, requires an amendment to modify it, thereby making all those laws void. Our government is a circus run by clowns and we're all just forced to sit in the stands and smile like retards.
