Coach BANS middle school students from competition after they stood up for themselves against trans (aka male) competitor

This country was founded on the idea that the people have a right to air grievances, which is why we have the First Amendment. But many activists don’t like that because it often gets in the way of their foolish agenda coming to fruition. Subsequently, it’s not uncommon for one to be punished when speaking the truth or standing up against adversity.
Five middle schoolers in West Virginia protested a trans athlete who was allowed to compete in the girl's division, and as punishment, all five middle schoolers are now banned from competing in future meets.
I know what you are thinking, had they all protested in favor of a ceasefire they would have been awarded medals. But they were speaking up against injustice and that’s not okay in the Progressive pursuit of the gender bandwagon.
According to the New York Post:
Five West Virginia middle schoolers who protested a transgender athlete’s participation in a track and field competition have been barred from future meets — prompting the state attorney general to ask the US Supreme Court to weigh in on transgender student-athlete bans for a second time.
West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey filed a lawsuit against the Harrison County Board of Education on the dissenting students’ behalf after they were blocked from upcoming meets following their protests at the April 18 shot put competition, West Virginia Watch reported.
Five girls from Lincoln Middle School stepped up to the circle for their turn before refusing to throw in the event, which was won by Becky Pepper-Jackson, a 13-year-old girl who takes puberty-blocking medication and estrogen hormone therapy.
It’s unclear if Becky is a boy who takes puberty blockers or a girl who takes hormones, especially because state law adds to the confusion, but if he/she/they/them does not even know, then how are we to know? All we can confirm is that Becky should not have been allowed to compete because she/he/they/them is believed to have an unfair advantage. But if I were to guess, I think Becky is actually Bobby but that is beyond my means.
State law bars biological males from competing against females. However, a federal judge has ruled that biology does not matter in middle school.
Judge Toby Heytens wrote that offering her a “choice” between not participating in sports and participating only on boys’ teams “is no real choice at all.”
I agree. It's not a "choice" any athlete can make, as no one has a say over biology. And what happened to 'No Uterus, No Choice?"
I honestly don't blame Becky. He/She/They/Them is just a kid and is being pushed by "adults" to identify one way or another. The girls had every right to protest this as it's an unfair advantage but because they aired grievances over something politically incorrect, woke activists have taken a sport they love away from them and that is reprehensible.
SCOTUS may or may not take up this case but they shouldn't have to because this should have never even happened in the first place. Even uncivilized societies know this is wrong but Progressivsm is so insane that even cavemen would be appalled.
