JUSTICE: Injured Baton Rouge Police Officer Sues #BLM Leaders for "Inciting Violence"...
It seems like Black Lives Matter hasn't been in the news so much lately, but rest assured the curdled snotholes are still up to no good. Particularly in the Louisiana area. You may recall the barbarous thug who went on a cop shooting rampage in Baton Rouge. Turns out he fancied himself a part of the Black Lives Matter fan club (see Baton Rouge Shooter: Dallas PD Killings Were 'Justice').
When that crapstorm let loose we drew the connections between the organization's anti-cop rhetoric and the recent string of violence against police (read Dear Black Lives Matter Terrorists: You Got What You Wanted. More Dead Cops.). Well, we weren't the only ones to notice. One of the surviving officers who nearly fell victim to the Baton Rouge shooter has laid the blame squarely on the shoulders of Black Lives Matter leaders. So now he's suing them. Rightly so, might I add.
A police officer wounded in a shooting rampage in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, last year that left three officers dead sued Black Lives Matter movement leaders on Friday, accusing them of inciting violence that spurred the attack. The lawsuit filed in a U.S. district court in Louisiana named DeRay McKesson and four other Black Lives Matter leaders as defendants and sought at least $75,000 in damages.
The officer wounded in Baton Rouge, who was not named in the lawsuit, was shot by "a person violently protesting against police, and which violence was caused or contributed to by the leaders of and by 'BLACK LIVES MATTER'," the filing said.
This lawsuit is taking much needed action against violent social justice warriors. Such a confrontation has been a long time coming (see Shaun King Threatens Attack on Progressive Cities Failing to Meet #BLM Demands). Still many progressive establishments have been catering to and encouraging the likes of BlackLivesMatter. Whether it be by legitimizing them through the media or giving them a GLOBAL PEACE PRIZE. Yes, peace. As in the opposite of BLM's favorite pastime: lighting cars on fire and looting towns.
Lest anyone be confused, this lawsuit as we understand it is NOT against anyone's right to peacefully assemble and protest. It is for inciting violence, engaging in violence. Like yelling "FIRE" in a theatre with the specific aim of causing physical harm. Okay? Okay.
Holding leftist loons accountable for their violent tendencies is the first step. Unfortunately, no amount of money can un-dead all the people who were robbed of their lives. But here's hoping this can help mitigate some of the damage.
