A top Biden official who refuses to use the term “mother” is once again confusing political science with actual science.

Washington Post Live held a conversation regarding "the most pressing challenges to health care and the next generation of innovation in medicine." And to no surprise, Biden HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra took this moment to try and correlate the weather with life expectancy.

Biden HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra called for "a universal system of public health" for addressing climate change: "Unfortunately, because the Constitution left the authority for health care to the states..."

Although Becerra has had pretty much no public health experience, it is quite clear that he has no shortage of radical views.

He also discussed the inevitable future pandemic that has yet to happen but the “experts” keep talking about it, which also means we need a universal system of health. Because “COVID was perfect proof of that.”

Oh, and “treating climate change” “requires” something that “looks at health equity" according to Becerra.

So, I guess the rain will decide who lives and who dies now.

Welcome to the brave new world where mothers no longer exist and the weather decides who will survive because of “racism” or whatever.

This is not the first time Becerra has shown us he is at war with the states in regard to health decisions. You know, because “experts” should do that for us.

Biden’s administration once warned retail pharmacies that refusing to supply patients with abortion pills would violate anti-discrimination laws.

In Jan. 2022, he said that his agency is "looking at" using taxpayer dollars to fund transportation to other states for abortions. And when asked if he can legally do that, well he just responds with laughter.

He also filed a suit that would have required Christian medical facilities to provide gender transition surgeries and abortions.

One thing is very clear, Becerra believes he knows best when it comes to health decisions and you need to shut up and listen.

It is no surprise that is where he stands as he is a California politician.

But what even is health “equity?”

According to the CDC, “Health equity is the state in which everyone has a fair and just opportunity to attain their highest level of health.”

Although, they do not define what a “fair and just” opportunity is. But they do tell us how we get there. And it is anything but “fair and just.”

“Achieving this requires ongoing societal efforts to: Address historical and contemporary injustices; overcome economic, social, and other obstacles to health and health care; and eliminate preventable health disparities.”

In case you need to know what health disparities are, they are: "preventable differences in the burden of disease, injury, violence, or opportunities”

When you add “equity” into health, you are essentially taking away the autonomy and respect of people in making health decisions.

Rather than exploiting even more racial division, we should give people the responsibility to choose their own health arrangements that assure personal control. But if we accept the term “equity” that would essentially destroy that control.

Becerra is essentially claiming that our healthcare system is not equitable, which basically means racism, and to achieve equity, we must make healthcare decisions based on race.

In case it was not obvious through the countless times it has happened in history: When people make healthcare decisions based on race - well, let’s just say evil and abhorrent things subsequently happen.

All that said, it really is not complicated. The more free people are, the healthier they are.
