Bernie Sanders does well with college students and other undereducated dumb dumbs. When questioned about leftist policies by a small business owner who knows what he's talking about? Not so much. CNN held a town hall meeting with the former Presidential candidate. They forgot to screen this guy...

"Small businesses have been kicked in the teeth by this administration. It's regulation after regulation and tax upon tax. What Donald Trump does understand is the complexities of business and to reward the person who takes the risk."

Yeah. But...tax hikes! Those richy rich one percenters need to pay more in...

"You haven't lived until you've put a payroll on your credit card. This is the reality of the backbone of this country."

Yeah, but...pollution! If not for those regulations, evil business owners would just pollute things all willy nilly...

"I don't pollute air. I don't pollute water. I don't pollute food. However, when these rules and regulations comes in to cover all of business, and you're trying to start a business, it's tough enough."

Bernie Sanders:

"Businesses are bad! Stop using experience and logic to counter my tried and true (though stupid) talking points!"

It's not like countering Sanders is hard (see Disney CEO BLASTS Bernie Sanders For Idiotic Job Creation Comments and This CEO ‘Apologizes’ to Bernie Sanders…and it’s Awesome). But my man on CNN really made it look easy.

It just goes to show how simple it is to throw an avowed socialist off their game: present reality, ask questions about their policies, watch how they squirm and keep repeating their inane talking points until they embarrass themselves and turn into newts. Saying "Trump won the election" three times while pointing at them also works. Though you do run the risk of such a politician being quite nasty when you show the world just what dunderheads they actually are. As Sanders did here.
