Watch: Biden Falls Asleep (Again, This Time in the Middle of an African Summit
They don’t call him Sleepy Joe because he is awake, as he may have been the first POTUS to fall asleep in front of world leaders on several occasions.
Biden fell asleep in the middle of a summit with African officials and he could not be more of a national embarrassment if he tried.

He does not even try to hide it.
I think most people are relieved that we won't have to deal with such a senile president for much longer, as this level of incompetence has created many problems in the world today.
This is not the first time Biden fell asleep and sadly, it probably won’t be the last time before his term ends.

However, to be fair, Biden does wake up finding out he's president nearly every day. Thus, it's surprising he has not been caught sleeping more times than reported.
