Joe Biden gave a speech about another insane tax hike on Monday. Though the media questions were all about his massive blunders over the weekend like #SendingTroopsToUkraineGate and #RegimeChangeButNotRealGhazi, puddingheaded comments from a puddingbrained president that the White House needed to walk back in record time. Give them credit for doing so quickly and promptly. They're getting really good at it. Biden gives them a lot of material with which to work. Enter DOOCY.

Other reporters asked Biden to clarify his position on regime change that Biden says he didn't make that the world says he did. DOOCY asked about the volume of mistakes and if Joe feels stupid about them in front of other world leaders.

The conversation went a little like this:

DOOCY: Mr. President? What about your gaffes?

BIDEN: No one believes I make gaffes.

DOOCY: Everyone believes you do, sir. Why do you have so many senior moments that your staff has to walk back right away? Don't you think it makes you look like a nincompoop?

BIDEN: Nothing I say gets walked back.

DOOCY: Everything you say gets walked back. We all have the emails.

BIDEN: I thought they told you to say I'm like Ronald Reagan keeping tyrants guessing.

DOOCY: They did, sir. But unlike MSNBC employees, I have self-respect.

DOOCY got backed up somewhat by CNN, which reported French President Macron was one of many world leaders who thought Joe called for Putin's regime change. CNN's Kaitlan Collins and DOOCY have the shared experience of Biden having an old-man meltdown at them.

Not sure if anyone asked Biden about his tax hike. His handlers were happy to have him home where they can keep a close eye on him.
