It turns out, it was not the best week for Sleepy Joe as he had a number of head-scratching moments.

Although we are surprised and impressed he was able to get out of bed, Biden unfortunately had some concerning phrases, including a repetition of words during a meet-up with Zelensky, and then forgetting who he was addressing.

All this comes after he walked into a giant flag at the United Nations — then appeared to anger Brazil’s president by walking off stage without shaking his hand.

Biden announced a $325 million security assistance package for Ukraine after meeting with Zelenskyy on Thursday.

Zelenskyy met with Biden at the White House before the plan was unveiled.

Apparently, there is also no dress code at the White House as Zelenskyyappeared in unwashed olive attire.

Biden attempted to read from pre-written notecards as he met with Zelenskyy in the Oval Office. But he even struggled to do that.

Zelenskyy also had notecards by the way.

You know, someone should tell them that a good actor would actually memorize their script.

The meeting was intended to address the ongoing conflict with Russia and Ukraine and to solidify the United States’ stance on Ukraine’s sovereignty.

But Biden’s delivery was impaired not only by his reliance on notes, but mumbling and a weak-willed sounding voice.

Biden proceeded to sit in silence as journalists were quickly escorted out of the room since there was no time for the press to engage with the President, as any extra time was wasted on taking choreographed shots with Zelenskyy for the cameras.

And to answer one commenter's question, yes, it does appear they are holding hands at one point.

Then, Biden did that thing where he repeated his words. He said: "Together with 29 other partners. Partners. Partners, partners, and their partners..."

Samantha Power reacted by nodding up and down. But that is probably because she wrote the script and understood what he was trying to say.

But there were more moments of similar concern throughout the night for Sleepy Joe.

Biden on Thursday expressed his admiration for the “Congressional Black Caucus” during a speech to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.

"The Congressional Black Caucus embodies all those values," Biden says as he addresses the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.

You'd think, having been raised in both the Black and Puerto Rican communities, in addition to the Jewish community, he would know the difference.
