“Look man, the other guy’s base is what I grew up in,” Clinton said. “You know, I’m basically your standard redneck.”

I don't know, I guess it's a step up from "basket full of deplorables?" But it sure does feel that Bill Clinton is actively trying to undermine Hillary's Presidential ambitions with comments like these, insulting the opposing candidate's voters.

Though maybe not, since Hillary has both insulted Trump's supporters as a "basket of deplorables," while also insulting people she should be courting: Bernie Sanders supporters. Remember, she called those guys, gals and zes "Basement dwellers."

Here's some standard advice for the Democrat candidates: stop insulting the voters. I just don't see the upside of it. Maybe it gets you some laughs at your own shindig, but with everything being recorded at all times, and YouTube just a click away, how about thinking before opening your trap?

Of course that'll never happen. Because Democrats like Bill and his lovely other half, Hillary, really do look down on the rest of America. "Off the cuff" comments like these are actually truthful. Think about that.

But hey, Bill Clinton is providing plenty of dumpster burning warmth this election season with his comments on ObamaCare and now this. Perhaps rather than a lecture, I should offer him applause? If he was anyone other than Bill Clinton, alleged rapist, maybe I would.
