It's been a minute since we've had a good anti-CRT smackdown at a school board meeting. Thank you, Brian Echevarria, who is a candidate for the North Carolina House of Representatives. Like a lot of parents, Echevarria doesn't approve of schools teaching kids to distrust each other based on the color of their skin. As a biracial man, he isn't sure which half of his family to hate.

"I'm biracial, I'm bilingual, I'm multicultural: That fact is in America and North Carolina, I can do anything I want and I teach that to my children. And the person who tells my pecan-colored kids that they are somehow oppressed based off the color of their skin, they would be absolutely wrong and absolutely at war with me."

"If you believe in CRT [...] that means you look at your black neighbor and say that they're oppressed, and look at your white neighbor and say their evil REGARDLESS of the experience you had with them."

Mr. Echevarria never got the memo that CRT isn't being taught and that he's falling for a white supremacy lie like voters did in Virginia. But if CRT was real, which it is, but if it was, it's totally fine and not Marxist indoctrination. Echevarria must be confused. Not unlike this black mother, Iranian father, and Asian mother. Also, this dad whose biracial children are taught that one of their parents is terrible.

Echevarria also makes a strong point about masks. For a lot of parents, they didn't realize what's been going on in some of these schools. They assumed when they were sending their children to school, they were being taught history, math, and English. Not how to hate each other. The masks and the school shutdowns caused everyone to slow down and see what was really going on. And outside of the leftist activists using schools as indoctrination camps, no one wants it for their kids and their community.
