'I'm just going by faith': Blac Chyna blasts 'degrading' OnlyFans after conversion to Christianity
Full disclosure, I didn't really know who Blac Chyna was until reading this story. But apparently, she has found God, so I'm very happy for her.
She is a 34-year-old reality star, ex-fiancée of Robert Kardashian, a former stripper and OnlyFans model. She started doing OnlyFans in 2020 and earned a whopping $2 million in two years. She posted lots of explicit, raunchy content, including "Foot Freaks Mondays." She started off charging users just $10 a month for all this, er, "content," before increasing it to $50 a month, or a three-month package for $127.50 and a full year's subscription for $450.
But everything changed when she got baptized last May. She captioned the clip, 'born again on my Birthday 5/11/22 #newbeginnings'.
She explained to DailyMail the dramatic impact of her baptism, which made her realize God did not want her to share photos on the degrading platform OnlyFans. She also shed "Blac Chyna" and is now going by her birth name, Angela White.
"I think my baptism on my birthday played a big part. Everything has been kind of trickling down for me and lining up perfectly. Now I'm just going by faith. I'm not even really going by like the Blac Chyna way or the Angela way. Let me just let God lead me."
She also said a desire to "become whole" is what led her to Christianity: "I just got sick and tired of being sick and tired of the same repetitive things. I thought, 'Let me dig deep and see what it is that I'm doing wrong.' Because obviously there's something I'm not doing right, even if I think I am. Now I'm doing the right thing to the best of my ability so I can become whole."
It is amazing to see such a public conversion to Christianity, and how God really does heal all wounds. Hopefully, Angela's story can inspire other people to start living for God.
