Remember the olden days when you would spit in a cop's Starbucks coffee and have the decency to deny doing so? Probably not. Because if you're reading this, you're most likely not a leftist buttmunch. If you're a #BlackLivesMatter activist in Stockton? You not only brag about hocking a loogie in an officer's coffee, you go to the press.

The “Stockton Police Department, Corruption Reporting Page” on Facebook posted a picture of a man and his family. “We are happy to report that today this officer from the Stockton Police Department got to have coffee at Starbucks...served with a side of spit. They even gave it to him with a smile and a nice comment.”

The group also claimed that there’s a diner in Stockton that does the same thing when officers visit. They would not tell us which diner and they added that some media members should also be cautious of where we buy our food.

We cropped out the photo of the officer in question because it included his wife and daughter. Police in this country have enough to worry about without having their family broadcasted in the press.

In a year where #BlackLivesMatter found new and exciting ways to marginalize themselves, we shouldn't be surprised (see Racist Black Lives Matter BLOCKS ‘White’ Businesses and Trump Hotel Vandalized with Black Lives Matter Graffiti).

Yet, here we are.

So obviously what happened here is disgusting. Should go without saying. But here's a point I want to make sure doesn't get missed: if it's not okay to assume all black people are the same, that they behave the same, commit the same crimes, enjoy the same sports, listen to the same music, etc., why is it okay to assume a white officer or even just a police officer is the same as an officer who was involved in a shooting? Which, by the way, may have been justified?

It isn't. Yet that's what Black Lives Matter has encouraged. "Don't judge us as all the same... All cops are racist killers." This is why we can't have nice things.

Here's a review of how even Black Lives Matter cases are a bunch of malarkey.
