#BlackLivesMatter Activist Attacks Off-duty Police Officer at his Home
You know all the unhinged hatred from #BlackLivesMatter protests that liberals claim are mostly peaceful? (see Black Lives Matter Founder Tweets About ‘Killing White Folk.’ Lashes Out at Critics… and Dartmouth College: BlackLivesMatter Destroys and Replaces Police Memorial Display). One domestic terrorist-apple don't spoil the whole bunch, girl. Except one of those bad apples showed up at an off-duty police officer's home. Now before you get mad, here's what ensued...
According to police, 20-year-old Tyler Gebhard rang the doorbell at the officer’s Lakeshire, Mo., home shortly before 6 p.m. When the officer’s wife answered the door and refused entry, police said, Gebhard, a former high school football star, threw a 50-pound concrete planter through a rear window and attempted to enter.St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar said Gebhard was shot twice in the chest by the officer, whose name was not released. Gebhard, who was known to the officer’s family, was rushed to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Belmar said the officer’s wife, mother-in-law, a toddler and an infant were in the home at the time of the incident and that the family members heard the officer tell the intruder to “get down” before shots were fired. Gebhard’s uncle, Patrick Brogan, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that his nephew had become acquainted with the officer “through a church connection” and that the two “had been arguing on Facebook about Black Lives Matter.”
He wasn't there for a Bible study.
But it's got a happy ending. Because he got shot. He invaded a home and got shot. Shot real good.
Black Lives Matter insists they're not a group that incites violence. But reality has come knocking. Or in this case, smashing through the window. Thankfully, the reality was subsequently shot in the chest. This is a prime example of BLM proponents' explosive rage. According to their own pattern of rhetoric, this is zero parts surprising. Why? Two reasons mainly. 1) He was a police officer. Yep, really. And 2) said police officer disagreed with the planter-throwing nutcase. As we've seen with most leftists - and BLM in particular - disagreeing is all it takes to warrant brick throwing. And face smashing. And who knows what else, had this "activist" been able to enter the home. Or had the evil officer not been packing heat. Which reminds us, SECOND AMENDMENT, YEAH! The guy certainly had it out for this officer - all because he dared disagree with Black Lives Matter.
He was probably using facts, and you know what they say about those...
