Daniel Penny was rightfully found not guilty, as he faced charges that were so unethical, that it made an even bigger joke of the Manhattan justice system. However, given that prosecutors were solely dedicated to racial justice, despite the facts of the situation, BLM is now having a field day and threatening the masses over skin color.

How is it possible for someone to be that retarded and make it this far in life? And what is he even crying about? Is he so upset because Jordan Neely never hurt the people he promised to harm? Would they have been happier if Neely was given full rein to harm innocent people on the train? What if he harmed other Black people? Would BLM still cry about that?

Additionally, it’s unclear what BLM has done for the Black community other than cause more destruction, but this man is yelling, as if he has done something beneficial to anyone, let alone an entire group of people.

What’s so ridiculous is that Neely did not die because he was “loud,” he died because he tried to hurt other people, as proved by his own words.

Are they really this stupid or are they liars? Because I think both are true but that is just asinine. Additionally, the fact that his father is playing victim like his son was not a psychotic drug addict speaks volumes.

It sounds like he does not even know what lies to say, he's just saying random crap. Additionally, the "person that killed" him was not held responsible because he did nothing wrong, as he probably saved at least several lives that day.

I am assuming these people don't have a job, considering they can cause such nonsense on a Monday afternoon. But how on earth do they come up with the excuse that Neely "was hungry?" My goodness, these people truly are too stupid to function.

The real injustice was that Daniel Penny was targeted by the justice system solely because he was a White male. He should have never been put on trial, as he was nothing more than a hero in that situation. And the worst part is, that the people responsible for this evil clown show will likely keep their jobs, even though they used them to weaponize the justice system, which is one of the biggest injustices out of this whole situation.
