Get woke, go broke, has become a meme on the right, and more often than not, it manages to be true, especially as companies begin to stand up alternatives to the preachy woke businesses. When Disney decided to dive headfirst into the cesspool that is leftist indoctrination, they probably never thought they’d be punished, but as one Disney insider has told conservative commentator Dan Bongino, people aren’t happy.

The Daily Wire reports that Bongino made the claim on a recent episode of his podcast The Dan Bongino Show, saying that his source “is telling [him] Disney is tracking all of the calls complaining about their support for sexualizing kids in kindergarten […] The woman told [him] that the calls are overwhelming.”

Who would’ve thought parents would be upset with a company drowning their children in queer content? Certainly, I couldn’t have seen that coming… If you couldn’t tell, that was sarcasm.

As DW points out, recent polling regarding Disney’s decision to flood their content with LGBTQ+ characters and messaging hasn’t sat well with many people at all. “Nearly 70 percent of respondents, including about half of Democrats and 73 percent of independents, said they were ‘less likely’” to do business with Disney. Additionally, 78% of Republicans, 72% of independents, and 59% of Democrats said comments by Disney staff regarding their “not-at-all-secret gay agenda” have made them “more likely to look for alternative sources of family-friendly entertainment.”

Lucky for DW, as it looks to launch its own kid-friendly entertainment in the near future.

I’d like to get some leaked video of the meetings they are undoubtedly having over the backlash to the company’s new direction. I imagine a bunch of Disney employees are busy calling their customers bigots, homophobes, and transphobes, which will likely get them about as much support as their gay agenda.
