We have a decision in the Jeffery Younger case, wherein his mother is by all accounts an evil hag determined to transform her son into a daughter. The judge, Kim Cooks, has ruled the father of James, Jeffrey Younger, will share joint conservatorship (decisions and finances over James' care) over James, which includes joint medical decisions for him. The judge presiding over the case of Jeffrey Younger, the father who is trying to protect his seven-year-old son, James, from chemical castration via a gender “transition,” ruled today that the parents will have joint conservatorship over James, which includes making joint medical decisions for the child.

Judge Kim Cooks of the 255th district also put a gag order on both parents so that they cannot speak to the press about the case and decided that the father is not required to pay attorney fees. The judge’s decision means that the Save James website will have to be shut down.

This isn't a straight-up victory nor is it a straight-up defeat. We've got ourselves a mixed bag. First, the plus sides:

1. James' mother Anne Georgulas will not be the sole influencer on her son, as dad still maintains conservatorship.
2. Chemical castration cannot, as I understand it, begin for at least another year. A lot can happen in a year. Since father Jeffrey still shares conservatorship with his evil ex-wife, if Jeffrey is still against chemical castration in a year, then theoretically James cannot be castrated. As I understand it.

Now, the downsides:

1. James' mother Anne still has an influence on her son. And as his mother, yikes. Mom's wield a lot of power over their children.
2. If the medical community at large is still going along the transgender route, Anne can still do plenty of damage to her son while he's away from dad.

So now we wait, we pray, and we hope James will be okay in this awful situation. But we all know he's probably not going to be okay with this batshit crazy mother hoping to push ungodly harm on her son. What a witch.
