Murder… or Accident?). All charges against the remaining officers in the Freddie Gray case have been dropped.

Prosecutors are dropping charges against the three remaining Baltimore police officers facing trial in connection with Freddie Gray's death.

Gray, then 25, died after sustaining a neck injury while in police custody in April 2015. Three of the six officers charged in the case had already been acquitted.

A pretrial hearing for Officer Garrett Miller had been set for Wednesday. Trials for Officers Alicia White and William Porter had been scheduled for the fall.

Baltimore Chief Deputy State's Attorney Michael Schatzow made the request to drop charges against them in court Wednesday.

The reaction will be interesting to watch, and hopefully the city remains calm and peaceful.

Right. So of course Baltimore, a city where its mayor said it's totes fine to give people space to "destroy," is likely going to fall into even more chaos and anarchy over justice prevailing. Par for the course, really. BlackLivesMatter, protestors, little SJW snot-rags, all they care about is the bowing down the rage machine. Surrendering any iota of logic to the alter of all caps chanting.

Because this case, like the previous flagships of BlackLivesMatter, was predicated on a false narrative: racist cops killed an innocent black man. On purpose. For no reason. See video at bottom.

Except no. That's not what happened with Freddie Gray. All the officers involved in the Freddie Gray case (three of whom are black) were cleared. They didn't kill Freddie Gray for sport. They didn't kill Freddie Gray because their barista screwed up their latte and put in soy milk instead of whole milk. Though that would be tragic. Not quite warranting a murder, but close.

But facts don't matter to BlackLivesMatter. Narratives matter. Casting all cops as racist germ rodents, while complaining that all cops categorize all black men as criminals (a fact just raised by Richard Sherman), is what matters most to BlackLivesMatter. Plus the hashtags.
