I'm actually surprised by the words I'm reading as well as the word's I'm about to write. It shouldn't surprise me how dirty Democrats want to get. But the fact that they want to run back the Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh drama ... wow. Rhode Island Senator Sheldon Whitehouse is calling on Attorney General Merrick Garland to investigate the FBI over its investigation of Kavanaugh, calling it "fake."

Among the concerns listed in Whitehouse's letter to Garland are allegations that some witnesses who wanted to share their accounts with the FBI could not find anyone at the bureau who would accept their testimony and that it had not assigned any individual to accept or gather evidence. While it is unclear whether the FBI would re-open an investigation into Kavanaugh the letter could push Garland to force the DOJ to respond to questions about the investigation into Kavanaugh.

It's important to point out that Brett Kavanaugh is SUPREME COURT JUSTICE KAVANAUGH, if for no other reason than it makes leftists sad. Here he is after being sworn in.

If you're unfamiliar with the drama that got us here, Democrats had lost their ability to filibuster when they failed to block Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch. Kavanaugh would have given conservatives a 5-4 edge on the court. Democrats threw everything at him. Failed. Then the day after the hearings were over, he was accused of sexual assault. So now we had a second round of hearings. There was no evidence of any sexual assault. Accusers' stories were changed. The media had to issue corrections. And in the end, the Democrats failed to block another Supreme Court justice.

They failed a third time by failing to block Amy Coney Barrett. I wanted to throw it out there just for the LOLs.

Senator Whitehouse, it appears, hasn't gotten over it. He wants Garland's first order of business to be an (alleged) political witch hunt. Let's be honest with ourselves. If you think the end goal isn't getting Kavanaugh expelled from the bench, you probably believe Joe Biden has full control of his mental faculties.
