Since the terrorist attack in Britain took place the other day, we've learned quite a bit about the lad doing the terrorizing. Namely that he was a known Muslim extremist with ties to ISIS. But the whole "Muslim extremist" part? Meh. Insignificant detail, according to some of Britain's leadership...

British Lawmaker Lord Digby Jones does not believe the religion of the London attacker is pertinent. Jones comments come in the wake of a tweet by Donald Trump Jr. criticizing London Mayor Sadiq Khan for once telling citizens that terrorist attacks are "part and parcel" part of living in a big city.

Some British lawmakers drew offense from the tweet, saying Trump was attacking the mayor in the midst of a terrorist situation.

"You're safer in London than you've ever been," Jones declared. He continued, "If this turns out to be an act of Islamic terrorism, I think the fact that the man is Muslim is utterly and completely irrelevant."

Surprise! It's Islamic terrorism. A revelation that everybody saw coming, for obvious reasons (see Islamic Terrorist Targeted Christians in Istanbul Attack and Top 5 Examples of Muslim Refugees Who Were Terrorists). That is, everybody but a bunch of British officials. The information regarding his religion was rather relevant, what with the whole "killing infidels in the name of Allah" thing that Muslim extremism calls for. Another small detail that shall go unnoticed, lest ye be an ISLAMOPHOBE.

It seems many Europeans pride themselves on not seeing religion Islam as a significant factor. So tolerant they are. Yet methinks had they surrounded themselves with Buddhist monks instead of Islamic imams, there would be a lot more meditating than detonating. Alas, here we are...

Brits are being killed in the streets, meanwhile politicians are on a quest to make Muslims feel more at home (watch Tommy Robinson explain it perfectly here). Coincidentally, notice how all the best things about Britain aren't Islam or terrorism? Interesting, considering they seem to have a lot of both lately...
