The left is waging a crusade to protect groups they see as oppressed and to expose their oppressors for the racist, sexist, homophobic, cis-supremacist meany-pants they are. Take this story as a shining example. A group of trannies claimed to have been discriminated against at a women's gaming tournament. Naturally, BuzzFeed picked up the story without a second thought. There was only one problem. Them weren't no trannies...

A group of trolls say they tricked BuzzFeed News when they posed as transgender gamers and complained about being rejected from a female online gaming tournament.

One of the trolls, Sly Buehl Rigilio told Paul Joseph Watson of Infowars that the group decided to pose as a “transgendered” team "for laughs."

Rigilio had initially told BuzzFeed News that he was a transgender gamer who lives in Sicily, Italy, undergoing gender transition. He then told Infowars that he had lied and bombarded BuzzFeed News with “poor me victim approach" when he talked about not being able to compete.

This is important. Claiming victimhood status is the new password to all the cool clubs woke turdbuckets attend with the regularity of a fat pride feminist bitching about bikinis.

The tournament, called Counter-Strike: Global Offensive 5on5 Female Open Summer 2017, was established after requests from female gamers, aimed to foster talent among women in esports.

Rigilio initially told BuzzFeed News: "Now when I saw this [email], I almost broke down in tears; here I am thinking we finally have a shot to shine and show our true colours to the gaming world... and then we get shut down based on our looks, because we didn't look 'female' enough for them."

Consider yourselves trolled, BuzzFeed douchenozzles. You only have yourselves to blame for never bothering to check whether this faux-faux-women's claims of oppression were true in the first place...

The ease with which BuzzFeed got trolled illustrates the left's slack criteria for what counts as a woman. The abilities of childbirth and the lack of a Y-chromosome count for absolutely zilch. But, throw on a cheap wig, some lip gloss, and change your name to Stephanie, and a lady thou art in the eyes of the left.

While these clever bastards were merely engaging in a bit of tomfoolery, there have been many times when leftist types make these stories up and actually try passing them off as truth. They would have you believe, all across the country, black people are being beaten for being black, Trumpers vandalize churches for fun, and Whole Foods is full of organic, gluten-free homophobes. I'm starting to think being a pathological liar goes hand-in-hand with being a leftist.

When it all boils down, the left couldn't give a Trigglypuff's fart whether or not this "tranny's" story about being transphobed against was true. If a juicy story comes along to advance the left's conspiracy theory of a mass cis-het white patriarchy, the truth is rendered optional.
