California shall not be outdone by itself. They've upped their stupidity even more today than in the past few weeks. Remember how earlier today Trump rolled back Obama's birth control rules (see Breaking: Trump Administration Kills Obamacare Birth Control Mandate)? California takes issue with that because of course. The golden state has taken it upon itself to be the douchiest of white knights in the name of women's rights. And so the suing begins:

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra (D) on Friday filed a lawsuit challenging the Trump administration's rollback of an Obama-era policy that required employers include birth control coverage in their health insurance plans.

" Donald Trump wants businesses and corporations to control family planning decisions rather than a woman in consultation with her doctor. These anti-women's health regulations prove once again that the Trump administration is willing to trample on people's rights," Becerra said in a statement.

"What group of Americans will they target next? Will they allow businesses to deny you cancer treatment? Will they exclude you from insurance coverage because of a pre-existing health condition? The California Department of Justice will fight to protect every woman's right to healthcare, including healthcare. We'll see the Trump administration in court," he continued.

I'm still waiting for leftists to explain how Trump's recent move involves corporations "controlling" family planning. Seems quite the opposite. Now businesses won't have anything to do with women's sex lives. That's what they wanted, right? #HandsOffMyBC, right? Stay out of my uterus? Any of this ring a bell, feminists?

Let's dispel with the idea that feminists want government out of their private bits (see Entitled Feminists Now Demand Free Tampons in 'Menstrual Equity' Bill and Free Birth Control is a DAMN RIGHT! ...Wait, What?). The left wants the government to subsidize all things private and intimate, birth control included. Meanwhile those of us who actually want the government out of healthcare are accused of feeding the feds more control. It makes not a lick of sense. Such is modern feminism.
