We don't have to tell you how California is a leftist "paradise." The loopy leftists in the Golden State do their best to make Stalin cast his smile upon them from communist heaven. Read: hell. Trying to ban books. Painting school propaganda murals which depict Trump, post-beheading. All in a days work for a Commie-fornian.

Now, California leftists are taking their hammer and sickle loving ways to the next level. There's a bill on the floor that will make "May Day" an official state holiday. I kid you not:

A California assemblyman vehemently argued against a bill that would adopt International Workers’ Day as a paid holiday.

The bill, introduced by Assemblyman Miguel Santiago (D), would designate the third Monday in February "as a single school holiday to be known as 'Presidents’ Day.'"

The bill would subsequently get rid of either George Washington or Abraham Lincoln's birthday as a holiday and designate May 1 as “International Workers’ Day."

International Socialist Workers' Day, or "May Day" had been observed in countries under Communist rule and was an official holiday of the Soviet Union.

I guess Washington and Lincoln were crotchety old racists who represent the awfulness of American history. "America, like, kills people, you know." So instead, the People's Republic of California wants to celebrate the only ideology with a body count in the hundreds of millions. Makes sense, right?

At least it would be a smooth transition toward full communism for Cali. There's already a truckload of hacky-sacking hippies in Che Guevara shirts. They have the highest level of poverty in the U-S-of-A. The place already resembles a third world sh*thole, complete with sidewalks covered in human debris.

What's ironic is California is the fifth largest economy in the world. Home to Hollywood and the tech industry. They're one of the best examples of why capitalism is the shiznit. Yet, here they are telling the ghost of Adam Smith to cram the invisible hand up his rectum. While reaping the benefits of capitalism. Who do you think pays for all of California's programs? Who funds the government? Taxpayers who earn through capitalism.
