Camille Paglia is far from conservative. Still, she's no fan of certain Democrats wrinkled bags of lard (see Feminist Camille Paglia: "Hillary Clinton is Soulless, Corrupt..."). In fact, it appears she's rather unimpressed with Democrats as a whole right now. For obvious reasons. Many of those she points out in the video below, which we timestamped for your convenience...

PAGLIA: It's incumbent on the [Democrat] party to pull itself together. Or else we're going to get a reelection of the present administration.

BRUNI: You feel like he's going to get reelected?

PAGLIA: Yes. I think that the Democrats have overplayed their hand.

BRUNI: You're already betting on his reelection less than 100 days in?

PAGLIA: Yes, because what the Democrats need[s] to do, and what the major media, need[s] to do [is] some soul searching. [During the election,] if you read only the New York Times-- imagine! I said "Oh my God, the readers of the New York Times are heading for a major, major break down shock if Trump is in fact elected. The New York media was in an absolute bubble about this.

In case you missed it, what Camille is referring to here is how the New York Times completely misled their readers regarding the election (see New York Times Faces MAJOR Backlash After Biased Election Coverage)... Up until the day of the election, of course, when they changed their mind at the eleventh hour and declared Trump likely victorious. Oopsie.

Many agree the left was too busy prematurely dancing dirty on the one-yard line for an election they (wouldn't) win. The left, the media, acted as though a Clinton victory was a fait accompli. Of course, it delightfully wasn't, but the reactive butt-hurt from the left after their victory was just as ugly as their premature victory dance.

In fact, perhaps Democrats would have won if they picked a non-Satan candidate rather than rushing to stuff their grease traps with celebratory foodstuffs at their spirit cookouts.

Leftists, like turdnuggets circling the drain, are currently in a downward spiral. Hence some liberals are renouncing their Democratness (see Dave Rubin Perfectly Explains Why He Abandoned the Left...). Camille concludes if Democrats want to win the 2020 election, they need to do some serious soul searching regarding where they went wrong last year (our input above). Alas, it appears the left has other plans. Namely imploding in on itself. Not that it comes as a surprise. Or a disappointment.
