In case you aren't familiar, she's a first-wave feminist known for... Well, pissing off modern feminists. Mostly by way of her rationalism. Monster.

In a recent interview (it's awesome, you should listen when you have a moment) discussing her book, Paglia discussed the wrongness of modern "pro-woman, anti-man" ideas. It's all rather triggersome. AVERT YOUR EYES, FEMINISTS!

In Paglia's recent collection of writings from 1990 to today, Free Women, Free Men: Sex, Gender, Feminism, she argues "Women will never know who they are until they let men be men."

Her key message to feminists: "Stop blaming men."

"I do not accept what is happening now, which is people looking at charts of the earnings of women and the earnings of men and demanding pay equity without looking at the kinds of jobs that women are choosing. Many women choose safe, clean jobs in offices doing clerical work that pays less. It's the men who are doing some of the most dangerous - but also high paying - work. Something like 92-94% of the fatalities on jobs are male. You never hear about that."

Boom goes the dynamite that is Camille. She makes a good point here. We never hear feminists worrying about the safety of all the dudes who die on the job. Instead we hear their endless whinery regarding fake sexism and not enough free tampons. You know, because feminism has far more pressing priorities. The well-being of men? Not one of them. Sounds a tad sexist, yes, but remember; all of women's woes are the patriarchy's fault... Or something.

"What I'm saying is that the cause of [women's] unhappiness is not men or the career system, but rather a brand new world that they now inhabit where they're working side by side with men."

To summarize: get over it ladies. Nobody is conspiring against you. But speaking of conspiracies, let's take a gander at how feminists have been targeting men lately. Just to name a few...
