While the Left claims to be fighting systemic racism as they point the finger at Republicans by slandering those on the right as White Supremacist, Progressives are the most racist members of society.

Progressive racism does not discriminate, it hates all races. However, they often discriminate against white people the most through their self-imposed form of systemic racism.

Through their soft bigotry of low expectations, Liberals think that the darker your skin color is, the less capable you are of succeeding in life without their help. More often than not, we see white people being discriminated against because of the color of their skin just so that those on the left can feel better about their fake ancestral guilt. Subsequently, white people lose out on job roles for other races to be given priority.

Any idiot would know that discriminating based on race is not only evil but illegal. However, producers on the CBS show “SEAL Team” have reached new levels of stupidity, which is why they are getting sued for allegedly denying a staff writer a position due to his race, sex, and sexual orientation.

According to The New York Post:

CBS and parent Paramount Global are being accused of “blatant” discrimination against a white, heterosexual male freelance writer as it imposed stringent diversity rules for writers on its “SEAL Team” series, according to a federal lawsuit.

Brian Beneker, a script coordinator and freelance scriptwriter for CBS’ “SEAL Team,” was unlawfully denied a staff writer position due to his race, sex and sexual orientation, according to the complaint, filed Thursday in US District Court of Central California.

Beneker, who became the script coordinator in 2017 on the pilot episode of “SEAL Team,” a drama about the pressure on a group of Navy SEALs, soon was offered to write an episode script as a freelancer for the show’s second season.

To continue as a scriptwriter, Beneker was told, he had to quit his job as a coordinator, the suit said, noting that he was replaced by “a woman without any experience as a script coordinator” who “struggled to do the job” and “quit approximately two weeks into training.”

Beneker’s lawyers from America First Legal Foundation and JW Howard Attorneys cited a widely reported mandate from CBS chief executive George Cheeks to “set a goal that all writers’ rooms on the network’s primetime series be staffed 40% [with] BIPOC [black, indigenous and people of color] in the 2021-2022 season.”

We should expect nothing more from the group of people who think babies are guilty of white supremacy.

CBS raised the requirement to 50% BIPOC writers in the 2022-2023 season of TV, and a requirement of 50% of cast members on their reality shows to be BIPOC, court papers said, noting that the hiring policies are shared across Paramount Global.

I also don't doubt that the person recruited for the job was so incompetent that she quit after two weeks. That what's happens when you pick people based on insignificant birth traits. It's logically equivalent to choosing someone for the job because they are left-handed. None of that crap matters and on top of that, it's evil.

What benefit does a diverse workforce have if no one is hired based on competence? Because I am having a hard time finding any evidence that hiring based solely on race does much of anything that is the least bit beneficial.

That said, while the Left points its finger and accuses everyone else of racism with no evidence, they truly are some of the most racist people among us. But I guess anything for diversity, right?
