Chicago is known for three things: Michael Jordan, inferior pizza, and being a crime-invested hellhole. So much so that major companies are leaving the city for places where the law is actually enforced. To illustrate the last point, here is a man waving a gun around a reporter's head. The reporter was reporting on rising crime in Chicago.

Here's what happened. A Chicago Fox 32 reporter was doing a live hit on the street about Chicago gun violence. AKA a day that ends in "y" in Chicago. A man who appeared to be drinking a coffee saw the live hit and thought it might be fun to interrupt the shot, like you would by yelling "Baba Booey" or "Let's Go, Brandon!"

Our friend happened to be packing (allegedly). He pulled out (what looks to be) his gun and waved it at the camera.

The reporter didn't see it while doing her live hit. Not sure if the cameraman did, but hopefully he was wearing his brown pants.

Unclear at this time is if the man knew the reporter was talking about gun crime and was making a statement, or if it's a simple case of him thinking he was being funny. Police are hoping to have a word with him.
