Chris Christie is no one's favorite. I get that. He was a solid blue state conservative up until a hurricane, an Obama hug, and the media praising him. He ran against Trump then attacked other candidates on behalf of Trump, and now he's back to being anti-Trumpish. I'm not suggesting anyone ever vote for him for anything ever again. But as a talking-head who still gets invited on legacy media shows, he can still be solid.

Christie found himself at a table with libs who think Joe Biden has done an amazing job on Ukraine and everything bad is somehow Donald Trump's fault. Chris Christie not only disagreed, but he also refused to accept any of the lib talking points.

"The Ukrainians were armed. And in January of 2021, Joe Biden stopped that policy. In the same way, he reversed the domestic oil production policy. [...] We import half a billion barrels a day from Russia. We could stop paying blood money to Russia to fund this war if we would increase domestic oil production."

The John Kerry interview Christie cites was actually recorded a few days before the invasion. Kerry still sounded like an idiot and Christie's point about climate change not being as important as Ukrainians getting slaughtered is still solid.

While the four progressive chuckleheads around the table want to blame Trump, a majority of Americans disagree. They feel Putin only invaded because Trump isn't president and Putin viewed Biden as weak. Joe Biden, for his part, doesn't understand how we got to this point.

Feel free to make all the fat jokes you want about Christie in the comments. As I said, he's not someone who appeals to the Louder with Crowder Dot Com audience. But he does have an audience of centrists and left-leaning people who care what he thinks. If Chris Christie keeps it up like this, I'm happy to have him as a squishy-moderate attack dog.
