It's been over a year since Chris Cuomo graced America's nighttime television screens. That is if you're one of the six people who watch CNN. If so, I advise you to please stop for your own well-being and the good of society.

Anywho, despite the time since his departure, it seems Chris still hasn't quite gotten over it. On a recent podcast, he discussed his feelings about the whole matter. Specifically that he wanted to kill everyone and himself.

Seems like a bit of an overreaction.

He went on to blame his homicidal tendencies on his Italian heritage, saying, "Italians are so passionate and I really had to fight against that because... I got too many people counting on me."

Well, yes, it's usually a good thing to resist the urge to murder. Even if you aren't Italian.

Cuomo also said he sought therapy after his firing and is dealing with some "unrelatable damage". As a refresher, got canned back in 2021 after a sexual assault allegation surfaced. He had already been placed on suspension for providing PR assistance to his brother Andrew for his sexual assault allegations. Specifically, Chris drafted emails for Andrew denying the allegations against him. Just a slight conflict of interest there.

Even before all the sexual assault allegations, Chris was not very slick in his soft-balling Andrew. Who could forget the infamous segment where, while Andy was busy killing nursing home residents with asinine Covid policies, the Cuomo bros... joked about their mom. Really asking the tough questions.

Despite the multitude of misdoings, Chris said he feels his job was taken wrongly and has since filed a $125 million arbitration claim against CNN for "smearing" his journalistic integrity. Chris, buddy, I hate to break it to ya, but you did that all on your own. With a little help from Andrew.
