It's no secret Chris Pratt is a favorite of ours here at Louder with Crowder. Just peep our past posts for a long, detailed archive of our love for all things Prattness. Whether it comes to discussing acting, his love for veterans, or his faith, we've long enjoyed the actor's honest ways. Clearly Pratt has fallen on hard times with his recent separation from his wife, Anna Faris. But just this Sunday, he made his first public appearance at the Teen Choice awards and classed up the place. As per usual. During his acceptance speech, he took the time to issue a heartfelt statement about Christ.

Pratt made his first public appearance since announcing his separation from Anna Faris earlier this month at the ceremony in Los Angeles on Sunday - with his usual wit and charm intact. He skipped the red carpet, but took the stage later in the night to accept the Choice Sci-Fi Movie Actor prize for "Guardians of The Galaxy 2."

As a deeply religious man, Pratt also made sure to mention one of the most important forces in his own life.

"I would not be here with the ease and grace I have in my heart without my lord and savior Jesus Christ," the actor continued.

Pratt seems to be leaning on his faith since separating from Faris. He took their 4-year-old, Jack, to church hours before the award show on Sunday, smiling for the cameras as he carried his son in the parking lot.

Even as members of his super duper fan club, we know Chris Pratt is far from perfect. But one can't help but feel relieved that there's still a shred of integrity being represented by a select few in Hollywood (see Clint Eastwood: Political Correctness is Killing Us... and WATCH: Denzel Washington Offers Inspiring Advice for Young Actors).

Hearing Pratt consistently use his opportunities to go against the current leftist narrative by divulging his love for America and giving glory to Christ, regardless of what the backlash may be, is a breath of fresh air in the clogged up bowels of Hollywood. Say what you will about the man, he's managed to succeed in an industry which is currently diametrically opposed to all things white, male, or Christian. And he's done so without rolling belly up to social justice warriorism.

So kudos to Chris for holding onto his values during the good times and bad.

And yes, we're way excited for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3.
