Chris Pratt Touchingly Salutes his Dad for Labor Day Weekend
Labor Day weekend used to just be the end of the summer, though over the years it's turned into a three day excuse for the left to spew politically charged rhetoric in an attempt to buy votes. You're probably going to see a lot of #RageTheWage tweets, because deep down, people hate having to order their cheeseburger from a human and would rather it be a computer.
Chris Pratt? He used the holiday as an excuse to pay tribute to his father, who died last year...
Your to do list: 1)have kids 2)play outside 3)teach them to fish 4)take pictures Thanks Dad. Miss you man. pic.twitter.com/xvc83AMiSr

He spoke more about his dad in GQ recently...
"Part of us appreciate that he made us tough, you know, through sort of emotional scarification. Just an old school kind of dad. Which in a way is actually a good thing. Like, if you have weak hands and you go try to do something, it’ll rip your hands up, but if you condition them to be strong you’ll get callused and tough. I think we became that way because, in his day and age, that’s what men were. I think we both benefit from it now."
An old school dad who taught his sons work ethic and how to be a man, and it was "actually a good thing." Compare that to the fact that somewhere in a college dorm room, a kid is posting on Reddit about how all those words are a problematic microaggression.
This is exactly why we've been fans of Chris Pratt here for a good while.
Thank you Chris Pratt for sharing. With everything going wrong in the world, your dad's to do list is a reminder to focus on the things that really matter.
By that, we mean family, not raising the minimum wage. That's still a stupid, unimportant idea.
