Religious police arrested a boy because of something he "liked" and shared on Facebook. Yes, really...

A teenage boy has been arrested in Pakistan after "liking" an allegedly blasphemous Facebook post. Police say the teenager, who is Christian, has been jailed pending trial in the province of Punjab for sharing the post on social media.

Police did not detail its contents but said it included a photograph of the Kaaba in Mecca. Blasphemy of the Prophet Mohamed is punishable by death in Pakistan, which has several religious offences listed in its penal code including "wounding religious feelings", "derogatory remarks" and "defiling the Quran".

Akhtar Ansari, a senior police officer, said the boy was arrested this week after the "inappropriate" post was reported by a Muslim viewer who found it insulting.

By the way, blasphemy is punishable by death. That means Pakistan could kill this kid over a Facebook post...

Look, Muslims overreacting to blasphemy? Not a new thing. We see it often, and by often I really mean allll the time (see BRUTAL: Post France, Crowder UNLOADS on Islam Appeasers! 'Time to draw Muhammad!'). Charlie Hebdo learned the hard way when Muslims attacked them for drawing Muhammad. Which, by the way, SJWs still try to justify. At this point, we hardly find it surprising, yes?

Here's the thing. Pakistan arrested this boy over an "offensive" image on Facebook. Also, that image? He didn't even create it himself, but liked and shared it... Or something. So the death penalty, the life sentence, or whatever he gets... It comes down to hurt feelings. Does that sound familiar? Just a tad?

Notice how leftists seem to feel very similarly on this topic? Not only do they despise "offensive" things, they'd like to jail "offensive people" too. See, leftism and Islam have a lot in common. They both want complete intellectual conformity and they both overreact to whatever they deem offensive. The only difference? One does it for Allah, while the other chalks it up to tolerance. But you're the bigot...
