Even though the shutdown is over, lefties are still squealing about Donald Trump having the audacity to want to secure our border. The monster. The left is hellbent on stalling the construction of the wall until someone with a "D" after their name gets into office. At which point they'll grant voting rights amnesty to illegals. Because Statue of Liberty.

Senator Chuck Schumer gave a grandstanding speech on the floor of the Senate, wherein he said the shutdown cost 11 billion bucks. Also, it's all Trump's fault.

Uh, all Chucky and his lefty peeps had to do was come to the table. Trump tried making them an offer and they wouldn't even hear him out. Seems to me there's plenty of blame to go round for the shutdown.

A wall would have only cost half as much as those obstructionist lefty douchelords' month-long cold shoulder. They've stillnot given us a single good reason why we shouldn't have a glorious, spiky slab of concrete lining our border.

Maybe instead of putting all the blame at the Donald's tangerine-hued feet, those lefty legislators should, you know, do their job and legislate. So long as they keep it up with this "all or nothing" approach to negotiations with the Donald, more shutdowns are bound to happen.

There's no decent reason why border security should be out of the question. Lefties like Chuck think they can get by with lame excuses about "compassion" and multi-culturalism. We're not falling for it. Anyone who's keeping up knows the only people holding up progress on the issue are open borders lefties. All in the name of taco trucks and cheap landscaping.
