Bill Clinton claimed that President Donald Trump has destroyed the public's confidence in the federal government and it’s unclear why that is supposed to be a bad thing.

He did not do that. People witnessed the government and media lie for nearly 10 years, calling him and his voters literally Hitler and that’s exactly why the left lost the election.

Additionally, the justice system was weaponized against him and others. Did they think people were going to trust the bureaucracy responsible for that? Because when you abuse the legal system that’s not something that instills trust.

And the dumb part is that the left claims that the governmental system is racist but they also want us to bow down and trust them as if they have our best interest at heart. They cannot even get their lack of logic straight because all they care about is Trump.

Are we supposed to listen to that and go, “Gee, I might just trust the government now?" Because that's definitely not going to happen.

And this is the same government that does nothing but make everyone worse off.

This is the same government that created record inflation and the worst border crisis in American history. This is the same government that flew Laken Riley’s killer into Georgia on the taxpayer's dime. And this is the same government that colluded with social media companies to censor Americans.

I am no political scientist but something tells me those are not the best ways to instill trust.

Moral of the story: Banana Republics don't tend to instill trust in the people.
