Activist Charlotte Clymer joined MSNBC’s Katie Phang “to discuss the Trump administration's latest attack on transgender Americans and how Democrats can fight back,” and “the science” was definitely not on his side.

According to Mediaite:

Clymer, a former Human Rights Campaign spokesperson, told host Katie Phang that Democrats should be embracing trans and gender issues head-on because they can easily win and have science on their side.

Phang began with the recent lawsuit filed by Maine’s Attorney General challenging the executive order from President Donald Trump that targets transgender athletes participating in women’s sports and punishes schools that don’t change their policies.

“It’s very easy to fight back on trans issues. The science is on our side,” Clymer added. “Every credible medical organization has come out and endorsed gender-affirming care and said that the trans military ban is ridiculous and unnecessary… But the more we don’t fight back, the more Republicans are going to engage in bad faith and run up a score on Democrats.”

There are so many things wrong with what was said that it’s unclear where to begin.

Firstly, the fact that he claims “the science is on [their] side” is a blatant lie. The entire premise of trans ideology is to deny biological reality, making the very notion anti-scientific. Secondly, claiming that “every credible medical organization has come out and endorsed gender-affirming care” is not valid and is equivalent to claiming something like, “Switch to DentaFresh UltraWhite, the toothpaste recommended by 9 out of 10 dentists.” He would like to appeal to an authority figure to back up his point, which is extremely lacking, to get the other side to shut up. Subsequently, he has provided no logical argument in favor of his stance, making it even more pathetic.

One of the worst things he said was that men should be housed in women’s prisons, and to claim it’s Republicans trumping on human rights is a level of psychological projection no one knew was possible.

Men should not be housed in women’s prisons solely because they claim to feel some type of way, and the fact that this is controversial tells you all you need to know. These people don’t want equal rights; they want special rights, as proven by the fact that they already have human rights that the rest of Americans have. Nonetheless, they are the ones trying to change every aspect of society to affirm mental delusion, and that is something no one should ever condone.

Clymer claims these are winning policies and that the Democrats should fight back and triple down on this issue, despite it being one of the reasons they lost the election. This crap is deeply unpopular with the American people and the sooner they realize that the better off they will be.
