CNN was the lead content creator behind claiming the January 6th riot was an insurrection, other than the Democrat Party. It's not surprising they know that calling January 6th an insurrection is bullsh*t. It's only surprising they would say so out loud. But Maine's ruling removing Trump from the 2024 ballot was SOOOOOO ridiculous, that not even CNN could shill for it.

Woke Maine Secretary Shenna Bellows released her ruling as to why, under the 14th Amendment (just like Colorado), Trump should be removed. Also, like with Colorado, Bellos doesn't ackshually believe any of it. She wants the Supreme Court to decide. More on them in a bit.

Bellows' ruling wouldn't hold up in court. She would know that if she was a lawyer, but she wasn't even elected by the people: “She based her ruling on a lot of documents, but also YouTube clips, news reports, things that would never pass the bar in normal court. She’s not a lawyer, by the way."

Maine wasn't even trying. One of the witnesses said that because Trump claims he won in 2020, that makes him constitutionally ineligible because he would be term limited.

Seriously, this is on PAGE TWO of the ruling.

That's because this is less about Trump and 2024 as much as it is about the Supreme Court and the decade after 2024. Trump is just an easy target. One who, every time he steps on a rake, has loyal fanbois claiming the rake was just a deep-state psyop.

Democrats know these rulings are bullsh*t. They want the Supreme Court to rule against them 6-3, or 5-4 depending on if Justice Roberts read the New York Times that morning. SCOTUS is the one institution standing in the way of progressives' soggiest Marxist dreams. Undermining the institution is the goal.

Case in point, here is the Maine SOS at a recent Nutroots Nation Conference. She is joined by the SOS of COLORADO and the SOS of Michigan. Michigan was the other state the Left attempted this stunt in (and failed).

Everything the Left is doing right now is about much more than the 2024 Election. Their every move needs to be treated as such.
